BNG Annual Membership 2027

From its humble beginnings some 38 years ago, the Business Networking Group or BNG as known as, has grown from its original intent to create a business and networking haven for young professionals.

This story started off with our Founder / Chair Ian Wee who created this network to ensure that like-minded young professionals who were in positions of leadership were simply not ignored because of their age. This led to the formation of the Group's original moniker - the Young Turks and this brand carried many younger Managing Directors, CEOs, Executives and Leaders through to an age of relevance.

This evolution led to 14 years ago where the name - the Young Turks became less significant as many within our ranks grow in age and stature to Middle Age! Evolution was required and the new name, registered and sanctioned as the Business Networking Group was born.

The BNG always had its roots starting from Perth, Western Australia but with connections close to the ASEAN region, it was invariable that our membership would grow and it has to international affiliations, members and corporate partners through many countries.

In this century we continue to evolve, grow and adapt with the times through the key pillars of Networking - Community - Integration - Ethical Business which sees us with a strong mission of philanthropy and assistance in the local community of Western Australia.

No longer catering solely for the young emerging leaders which we continue to support., build and mentor, we have members who are sole traders, professionals and executives, SMEs within our membership, Brand Partners and Corporate Partners - all on mission with the pillars of the BNG.
